Ms. Saira Javeed is an accomplished education professional with a strong background in academic teaching, policy development, and child-centred learning. Holding an MBA in Human Resource Management and a Diploma in Child Care Training from Shaw Academy, Europe, she has taught at leading institutions including National Textile University and Hailey College of Commerce, contributing to curriculum delivery and academic mentoring. Currently serving as Director of Jarjums, a centre for children with special learning needs, she provides strategic leadership and champions inclusive, personalized learning approaches that support each child’s development, confidence, and independence.

Dr Farah Deeba Akram is a social entrepreneur, academic and community development advocate. She founded the Aalam Bibi Foundation in 2005 and has led initiatives supporting disadvantaged and marginalised communities. She holds a PhD in Gender and Literature and contributes to several educational and social welfare organisations, including Amin Maktab and the Democratic Commission for Human Development. She also serves as an external evaluator and is a member of the advisory board in Sociology and Gender Studies.

Dr Manahil Raza is a compassionate Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist, committed to helping children and adults build independence and functional skills. Ms Manahil delivers individualized, evidence-based interventions for developmental, neurological and physical challenges, tailoring each plan to the client’s unique needs. Her practice emphasizes movement, daily living abilities, sensory integration, and holistic well-being. Guided by a client-centered approach, she collaborates closely with families to foster confidence, meaningful progress, and long-term growth.

Her clinical expertise includes working with individuals experiencing Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Intellectual Disability, Down Syndrome, Learning Disabilities, Behavioral and Emotional Disorders, Anxiety, Depression, and a wide range of developmental and mental health concerns. Ms Alvina Haseeb is an established developmental psychologist and academic with over a decade of experience in human development, counselling, and community mental health support. She currently serves as a Lecturer in Human Development and Family Studies at the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, while actively practicing as a developmental counsellor and life-coaching professional. Her expertise includes psychological facilitation in special-needs settings, student mentorship and supervision, academic governance roles, and the delivery of awareness camps and applied counselling programmes. Her research and professional interests focus on personality development, family relationships, and cognitive and emotional regulation using contemporary therapeutic approaches.
